Purpose
Become the final integrated project demonstrating how enterprise IT systems and operational processes interact.
Business scenario
A fictional hybrid organisation (lab scenario) runs on-premises and Azure systems supported by structured service management. This capstone ties the earlier labs together into one operating environment.
Objectives
- Integrate identity, endpoints and infrastructure across on-prem and Azure.
- Apply ITSM processes across the combined environment.
- Automate operational tasks with PowerShell.
- Implement monitoring and alerting end to end.
- Demonstrate an incident flowing through the full stack.
- Document the environment and operating model.
