Purpose
Develop practical Windows infrastructure capability for L2 support and systems administration roles.
Business scenario
A fictional company (lab scenario) operates an on-premises Windows domain. This lab builds and administers that domain to practise core infrastructure support tasks.
Objectives
- Deploy Active Directory Domain Services and structure OUs.
- Configure Group Policy for users and machines.
- Set up DNS and DHCP services.
- Implement role-based file share permissions.
- Troubleshoot common domain and authentication issues.
